Returns

All of our products are covered by a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied you can send products back to us within 14 days. The products need to be complete, undamaged and if possible in their original packaging. Products which are damaged or not complete will not be refunded or exchanged.

Note: We do not cover the costs for returning the product.

  • Products need to be complete, undamaged and if possible in their original packaging. We will refund 100% of your purchase.
  • Products that are used and have small damages as a result, you may return. We will refund 75% of the purchase when the product is damaged.
  • Products that are intensively used and have clearly visible damages we cannot accept as a return. We can't issue a refund in these cases.
  • Products that are custom made are exempted from our return policy. Returning these product is not possible.
  • All costs that are a result of returning your order are for the buyer. The only exception is when you receive the order and products are damaged during shipping or when we shipped the wrong products.

Processing:

Processing your returns can take up to 3 weeks but is normally faster. Once we receive the goods, we will inspect them. Provided they are complete and undamaged, we will refund your money or exchange the goods.


Take care of your return

When your (re)package your return please take care of the packaging. If the items arrive at our warehouse and are damaged due to poor packaging we are unable to fully refund your order.


Keep a copy of your trackingnumber

In most cases when you send the order back to us you will receive a trackingnumber from the shipping company. Keep a copy of this number at all times until we processed your return. There is always a small chance the parcel get's lost during transport. With the trackingnumber you have proof the return is send, also you have evidence the return has arrived at our warehouse.
